Vegan Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter CookiesΒ πͺπ«πͺπ«πͺπ«πͺπ«πͺπ«
Soooo….I am trying to get sexy for my bday, but I looooooove sweets! This recipe is a go to for me whenever the sugar demon overtakes me. Annnnd y’all, it is so delicious and doesn’t leave you with that sad feeling after eating too much sugar! Share them with all your friends, and don’t tell them that these cookies are made out of black beans! π Enjoy this delicious and guilt free treat on me. π
Ingredients:
1 can of organic black beans
2/3 cup organic gluten free peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cupΒ agave nectar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips π«
Preheat oven to 350
Mix black beans, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, agave nectar, and baking powder in a mixture until you have a smooth consistency.
Take mixture and place into a bowl and add in the cup of dark chocolate chips.
Take baking pan and grease with vegan butter.
Take mixture and roll into small balls. Place the balls onto the greased baking pan and press slightly to flatten.
Place into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Voila! You have delicious vegan cookies that are super yummy! πͺ
