Airways Burgers

Good thing we aren’t criminals because the police were out in full effect at Airways Burgers.

No this wasn’t a drug bust waiting to happen, the Arlington Police were just in the area for the Cowboys and 49ers game and were in the market for a a burger and some tv.

We both decided to get the “Green Chill with Jack Cheese Burger.” The burger features 1/3 pound of charcoal grilled meat and is dressed with mayo, lettuce and tomato. The fries were dressed in the hood’s favorite seasoning, aka Lawry’s seasoning salt. lol

The burgers were pretty tasty but to be quite honest, they were not anything special. The fries in my opinion were really tasty though and were cooked just the way I like them, not too crispy and not too soft. *nom nom*

We also split an order of jalepeno poppers. They were good, nothing to make me slap my momma over though.

Airways Burgers was the second stop on our  month of “Hole in the Wall” restaurant tour. This was Webster’s dictionary of hole in the wall, but we had no problem eating there. Aside from all the game day traffic it was a nice lunch. If anything were to go down,we were safe the entire police force was in there.

  1. Have y’all tried Wingfields? Definitely a hole in the wall. I miss them since I’ve stopped eating beef/pork.
