Real Girls Meals: Chinese Chicken Soup

This is one of our favorites meal. because it is literally one of the most easiest things to make, yet so tasty! This recipe came about when we had some leftover lettuce wrap chicken and decided to mix some things up, and it turned out to be great.

LET’S GET TO THE EATS!!!

Ingredients:

1 package of lettuce wrap mix

1 lb. ground chicken 9or finely minced chicken)

1 box pad thai noodles

3 cloves garlic

½ medium size white onion

1 bag frozen broccoli

1 box chicken broth

1 Tbsp  soy sauce

1 can water chestnuts

1 ½ tsp sugar

¼ cup water

salt and pepper to taste

1. In a bowl mix together chicken, lettuce wrap mix, sugar, soy sauce, and water.

2. Boil the pad thai noodles until they are al dente. Mince garlic, onion, and water chestnuts.

3. In a medium size skillet heat oil and saute garlic,onion and chestnuts and let simmer and add chicken until it is finished.

4. Add chicken broth, noodles, broccoli and let simmer until it is finish.


Serve this bad boy with some egg rolls or homemade spring rolls.
