This workout tip of the week features one of our favorites, which is salads! Salads are a quick and easy way to pack your tummy full of nutrients and necessities for a healthy meal. 1. Color
The darker the color the more nutrients are packed in your salad and most importantly in your body!
2. Protein
Lean proteins are your friends! Chicken and fish are great options, but some times, you can have a little beef in your life. 😉
3. Light Dressing
Kick those heavy dressings to the side! Try for a lighter option like balsamic vinegar or a fresh squeezed lemon.
