Hey foodies! With the Super Bowl 50 quickly approaching tomorrow, we thought it would be fun to show you guys what we will be bringing to the Super Bowl party! Imagine bringing potato skins, wings and dip into one one SUPER fantastic dish and you will have our special creation. We are super excited to grub down and cheer on #BAE. (otherwise known as Cam Newton) lol We hope you enjoy foodies!
Buffalo Chicken Dip and Blue Cheese Potato Skins
Ingredients:
Buffalo Chicken Dip:
1 Package of Chicken Breasts
2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1 Package of Gouda Shredded Cheese
Buffalo Sauce
Ground Red Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Garlic
Olive Oil
Blue Cheese Potatoes:
3 Whole Russet Potatoes
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Garlic
Salt and Pepper

Let’s Get Started!!
Buffalo Chicken Dip:
- Season the chicken breasts with one tbsp of buffalo sauce, garlic, red pepper and salt. Mix together.
2. Add 2 packages of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of gouda cheese to a bowl and stir.
3. Add chicken to a hot skillet with olive oil with oil and cook thoroughly.
4. Add chicken to cream cheese mix and stir together. Add about 4 tablespoons of hot sauce to add that extra kick! 😉
5. Add chicken and cream mix back into the skillet on the stove and heat up the mixture.
6. After mixture is warmed up. Place in bowl and set aside.
Potato Skins:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Set potatoes on top of a pan and and place in oven to cook through.
- After the potatoes cook through, slice the potatoes in half, carve out the “meat” of the potato and then slice the potatoes.
- In a deep fryer: Add potatoes to the fryer and cook until they are finished.
- Season to taste.
Once you are finished, put all the yumminess together and style for a pre-game food photo shoot.
