NOLA, Texas Food and Music Festival

Hey there foodies! We are super excited about the NOLA, Texas Food and Music Festival that is literally right around the corner!



The event will take place at the Cedar Park Center on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at noon.

You can’t think of New Orleans cuisine with out a little jazzy flair. The musical acts for the event include:

One of our favorite c-words will also be included. That’s right, CRAWFISH!! The Crawfish King otherwise known as Chris “Shaggy” Davis will lead up a crawfish boil fit for any fatty’s tummy! Just think…. “All-You-Can Eat Crawfish…” like omg yum! You can purchase tickets in advance or on the day of the Festival.

New Orleans culinary genius John Besh is bringing his Nawlin’s expertise to the event as host of Besh Big Easy VIP Brunch.


Besh will be working alongside Ryan Sanders Sports Services (RS3) and Executive Chef Ed Ebert. He will also be assisted by Chef John Russ of Lüke San Antonio.

Tickets to Besh Big Easy VIP Brunch are $150 and include:

  • Early access to the food and music festival
  • VIP Brunch
  • Meet-and-greet with Besh
  • Front stage access for both stages with access to private bars at each location
  • Parking pass
  • VIP laminate badge
  • All-you-can-eat crawfish wristband
